About Jane

A REALTOR® since 2003, I have personal experience with both selling and buying during my husband's career path.

Over that journey my husband and I have lived in small towns and big cities, rented modest and less than modest apartments, made every mistake possible when we bought our first home, (thought agent was working for us, but he was not, and only saw the house once, at night, with everything covered in snow...), purchased homes across town, in different provinces, crossed international borders, and state lines. Purchased resale properties, spec homes, and built new. We have had moves using our car, help of friends with U-Haul, and major Van Lines. We have moved just the two of us, added a dog, and then twin daughters. We have had easy, let's do this again moves, and what the heck else can go wrong moves!!

I share this to reassure you that I have been a buyer, and a seller, and appreciate the stress and challenges of any move - whether one person, or multiple moving pieces, whether renting, or planning to purchase.
